Lendi Group appoints Jade Clarke as General Manager of Data to drive innovation in the home loan sector
Lendi Group has welcomed Jade Clarke, formerly Founder and Head of Westpac DataX, to the role of General Manager of Data.
Jade joins Lendi Group at an exciting time of growth in the home loan brokerage sector, with over 70% of the nation now choosing a broker for their home loan, and at a time when Lendi Group continues to challenge the industry and set new standards for innovation, customer satisfaction and service delivery.
The newly created role will also be critical in remaining tech-driven, data-focused and further grow Lendi Group’s AI and automation initiatives, shaping the Group’s internal functions in a fast-growing AI-driven industry.
The appointment comes as the Group prepares to first rollout two Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives this year, a powered broker assistant for brokers, that summarises broker and customer interactions, and is set to save brokers 1000’s of hours annually, and a second AI powered broker assistant bot that will fast track broker’s policy related queries from across 2500 products within the Group’s platform.
The role also follows the appointment of Travis Tyler as Chief Product Officer (CPO), last year, with Jade Clarke working alongside Tyler who said, “Continuing our data-driven decision making is an important step towards cementing our position as two of the leading brokerages in Australia.”
“We are deeply focused on remaining at the helm of innovation that will ensure all home loan customers have the simplest property journey possible, including timely access to best suited products, rates as well as expert brokers.”
“With a wealth of experience in data led businesses Jade will lead the charge in further empowering our vision of innovation, focused on providing brokers with the knowledge and tools they need to provide unparalleled service.”
Jade brings to Lendi Group diverse experience across data, financial services, public policy and business transformation.
Jade added, “As a strong advocate for data led product innovation, I’m delighted to be joining an organisation which aligns to my values and vision of the data driven future.”
“With over 1 million customers who have already used Lendi technology for their home loan, and 1300 brokers across both Aussie and Lendi now powered by a best-in-breed broker platform, there are exciting opportunities to leverage data, innovate and deliver ongoing value to our customers and brokers, embedding even better experiences across the mortgage industry.”
