Amelia Wins 2023 Aragon Research Innovation Award for Conversational AI

Amelia, a leading provider of Enterprise Conversational AI, has been named a winner of the 2023 Aragon Research Innovation Award for Conversational AI. This is the second year that Amelia has been honoured with this award from Aragon Research.

Amelia believes this award identifies the recent update to the company’s market-leading Conversational AI platform, which leverages Generative AI capabilities to enable enterprise customers to accelerate virtual agent development and decrease overall time-to-value.

Amelia was formally presented with the award on December 5th, 2023 at Transform 2023, the annual Aragon Research awards ceremony.
